About Julie
My love of Yoga began in 2012. After moving across the country, finding a new home and school for my 3 boys and recovering from a serious illness I was exhausted, stressed, and I was down, but not out. I needed to heal.
I found yoga in a local class in the centre of Bath, just once a week to start with, and I began to practice Yoga with Diane Lee. I rapidly started to feel the health benefits. Each class helped me to grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. So much so, it inspired me to train to become a teacher.
I went on to complete my first training with the Yoga Alliance certified ‘Academy For Yoga Training’ Hatha Yoga 200hr course in September 2018. Since then acquiring certificates in different styles of yoga as my knowledge deepened.
Today, I enjoy all Yoga styles and with each different practice through creative flow and sequencing as I feel the story of my body and mind coming together. With a strong emphasis on the importance of breath to strengthen your focus, I hope to help you nurture your own body too, from your heart to your soul, to feel more balanced in your practice.
As students of Yoga, with all that it has to give us, I will share my love and passion with you on this wonderful healing journey.
